Returns & Exchanges Policy

We have a 14 days returns/exchange policy which allows you 14 days after you recieved your items to request a refund/exchange.
To be eligable for a return/exchange your items must be unworn/unused and in its original condition & packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return. you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how & where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Once we have recieved, inspected & approved your return we will automatically process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for your account to be recredited.
Damaged/shipping issues
Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or have recieved the wrong items so that we can evaluate & sort the matter
